well, to define the term Internet Entrepreneur is someone who uses the net to seek new ideas and ventures to make money, and that is just what he was doing.

I thought about it for a while, and it just dropped on me that its just what i am. I am an Interent Entreprenuer. Why am i one? cause i am constantly researching and exploring ways of making money on the Internet. What vertures i have done? hmm, i’ve made couple of websites and resources to generate some money and am on the verge of building up an ecommerce initiative. Have i made some money? well, few dollars and cents, not enought to pay my mortgage, certainly not enought to quite my job. but that should be my aim i guess, to earn enought that i would do it full time and quit my job.

Hosting is dirt cheap, you can host a website right from 2 dollars a week (www.oxynic.com) and you can register a domain name for as less than $8.95 a year.
you dont have to be smart enought to workout you can have a website for the cost of a burger a month.

I always fail to understand people who spend a lot of their time and make beautiful website, and end up hosting on a free server with long names and lot of banners.

I looked around the house and realised he sure was right.

Not that i doubted him in any way, and the fact is that i have lot of work left. It could easily take me a month more. What is important is the fact that i am enjoying it, it feels satisfying that the changed have made the house look good and the fact that i have done it (with my wife ofcourse) makes the result more fulfilling.

For those who dont know this guy (a student) came up with an innovative idea and divided his homepage into one million pixels. He sells those pixells for a dollar each and gives them link. The word caught on and now has almost sold his million pixel. Truely a million dollar homepage

The event was bigger than anticipade with an estimated 1400+ people in the venue. The launch wasnt that inspiring and the presentations were more so as expected, showing couple of new features here and there, not many ooh and aahs as per the audiences.

i guess the product should speak for itself, will give it a play and see where it rank. personally im a bit excited to try my hands on MS SQL Server ‘05.

The two major ways of going about are
1. Create an ecommerce website and sell products or service
2. Make a good and unique website and have paid advertisements

So far the first option is the easiest, however to make the best profit you have to sellect the right products, provide good support to customers and take care of order delivery. I would say the best way I would get it started would be, i would find a well established and good running offline business that doesnt have a web presence and talk to them to build up a partnership between them, sell their products on the net and get them to deliver it to the customers and I would be managing my online customer support.

The other option is to select a good topic that you like, write lot of content and articles on it, put google ads on it and let the customers read your article and click on ads. This business option is a slow starter. To think of it all business takes time to settle. However dont expect ot gain your financial freedom and early retirement.

Ofcourse whatever option you choose, its not going to work if there is no customer comming on your website.

So how do we bring customers on our website??

A Rich dad teaches his kids money education where as middle class and poor parents teach there kids everything else but money, as a result the rich kids make money and the others do a 9-5 job of what he calls ‘The rat race’.

A lot of things mentioned i do agree, and i realised that if u want to make money you have to be money wise not education wise. Some things he said stuck right in my mind like poor people work for money, rich people have money work for them.

Im all motivated, and plan to do some more financial education and learn about investment, getting more interested in real estate

im going to change all my pages to have the same style sheet… better get on with the changes
